Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account: your email address, display name, and a hashed password. We do not collect payment information (no paid plans exist yet).

If you activate a licence on a desktop device: a stable hash of your device hardware identifiers. The raw identifiers are never transmitted.

If you opt in to usage reporting: aggregate run counts and average scores per installed listing. No prompts, agent code, run outputs, or personally identifiable information are included in usage reports.

What we never collect

Agent code, prompts, run inputs, run outputs, Vault contents, and credentials never leave your device. FaynOS is architected so that this data cannot reach our servers even if we wanted it to.

How we use it

Account data is used to provide the service (authentication, licence management, store publishing). Usage data (opt-in) is used to improve store rankings and identify popular listings.

Data storage

Account and licence data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) hosted in the EU and US. Session tokens are stored in Cloudflare KV with a 30-day TTL.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. This removes your account record, licences, and device activations. Store listings you have published will be anonymised rather than deleted.
