1. Acceptance

By downloading FaynOS or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product.

2. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use FaynOS for personal and commercial purposes subject to these terms. You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicence the software.

3. Store conduct

When publishing to the store you must not upload malicious code, infringing content, or content that violates applicable law. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that violate this policy without notice.

4. Disclaimer

FaynOS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the software or store content.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the changelog page.
